The Project Steering Committee (PSC) working with the Project Co-ordination Team (PCT) is responsible for decision-making and management of the project. BNRCC is implemented with the guidance of a robust Project Implementation Plan (PIP) carefully developed through wide consultations and participation of stakeholders and beneficiaries.

The Committee includes twelve voting members, selected to provide a balance between government and civil society representatives.
